As I reflect on the completion of our first calendar year in business, I am appreciatively celebrating accomplishments while getting stoked for 2022.
Highlights from ‘21
- Slingshot Financial is extremely proud to have received Registration as an investment advisor with the state of Colorado to offer independent and objective, fee-based service.
- Named winner of the National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM) Founder’s Award for our research: “Active – Passive Blending Based on the Liquidity Premium”. In the paper we explored practical topics, a few are foundational to Slingshot’s investment philosophy. This also marked the start of Slingshot’s membership in NAAIM, one that will no doubt carry long into the future.
- Formed two fantastic new partnerships representing sophisticated Income and Direct Indexing programs for financial professionals. - Expanded content offerings will include new channels for learning, financial-themed entertainment, and engagement!
- This coming year will bring new partnerships with Specialized managers to anchor our Liquid Alternatives and Quantitative Equity platforms
- Opening the doors to Slingshot Financial Management, our advisory unit for individuals
